A double sided pendant in labradorite and sterling silver with a light antique finish.

The top heavy weave on the front of this design represents the oppressive weight of grief and woe, and feeling blue.

The reverse side has the whimsical curlicues of joy when the grief is gone, and the gold and green tones of happiness and growth. There is a balance and natural flow. If you'll notice, there is just a hint of the curls on the other side of the design.

I wouldn't usually use a flat back cabochon in a double sided design, but the beautiful colours of this stone just had the be utilised, and this was my interpretation of the colours.

The pendant measures 5cm long and 2cm wide

Sterling silver and labradorite. This slightly asymmetric labradorite is a very dark stone, with bright fire. Once again the striking back of this flat cabochon convinced me to use both sides.

The front face is simple to show off the beautiful fire, but the back has this amazing dark streak that seems to encroach on the fire like temptation enticing one to the dark side. It has a 'serpent' detail like the biblical story of temptation.

Sterling silver and amazonite reminiscent of the gently rolling waves of a tropical beach.

This HUGE 60mm donut is accented with a flat briolette and rondelles of amazonite. The briolette was chosen as it has a small amount of grey in it which complements the darker antique finish.

The size of this makes it a very bold piece.

Sterling silver, onyx, and 4mm faceted tourmalines with purchased slider bail.

This pendant started out as a very different idea, but it had a mind of it's own and this is how it turned out. This is worn with a black leather cord as a sterling chain doesn't complement as nicely. The leather is finished with a sterling clasp.
